Zeigler –
An icon in the food and catering business, Steve is the owner of
our company. Born and raised in Sacramento, he has established himself
as an expert in the changing food and service needs of the area.
He is active in both the social scene and community events, annually
donating services to SPCA, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Chicks in Crisis,
Young Life and many more.
Brianna Kleinschmidt -
Bringing more than eight years of catering and wedding experience with her, Brianna comes to Capital City Catering from the Bay Area as an Event Specialist with a sophisticated style. Brianna couples the personal taste of clients with her creativity to design beautiful weddings, exciting theme parties and impressive corporate events. She will bring together all the elements of your next party with a great custom menu and a creative personal touch!
Joshua Young –
Joshua started his career in the culinary arts in 1997. He graduated from Diablo Valley College and received his Certificate in Culinary Arts & Restaurant Management. He then worked at the Lafayette Park Hotel, a four star establishment. Since relocating to the Sacramento area, Josh has worked for both country club dining and fine dining restaurants. He started with our company as the restaurant chef of Zigatos Bar & Grille for two years, then moving to Executive Chef of Capital City Catering. Joshua comes from an artistic family; his mother is a renowned artist in the Bay Area. That creativity is expressed in his culinary design and delicious masterpieces.
